Earn While You Learn

Students at Kiki study in the International Dual Model of Education or Work-Study Program as prevalent in Germany, Switzerland etc.

As per the system of Work-Study program, in the first year students study all the essential General Engineering based subjects such as Engineering drawing, Metrology, Workshop Technology & Calculations, Electrical, Electronics, Material Science, Mechanical Workshop, Welding, Electrical Practical etc. learning a vast variety of skills essential to succeed when entering industry.

In the 2^nd year of the Course students start the Work-Study part of the course, receiving Internship from leading companies, such as MNC companies, Indian companies, German Companies, American companies, Japanese companies etc. in their 2nd year of education. As such they spend 4-days per week at companies learning in the industry and 2-days per week at the institute learning higher level skills and knowledge. Students also receive a stipend / training allowance from companies in the 2^nd and 3^rd year of their study.

In the final 6-months of their study students return to the institute full time to learn Design and other Higher Level skills and complete their Exam Projects. They also use this time to build their study and Internship Profiles and get Final Placement Offers from various companies in India and Abroad.

Estimated Stipend during Internship- Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 monthly

Estimated Salaries after Final Placement- Rs. 2,40,000 to Rs. 5,60,000 annually.
